Where are
your offices?
A: Ad Media USA, Inc. has two office locations in New York City.
Our Sales and Marketing office is located in midtown Manhattan at
521 Fifth Avenue 17 Floor NY 10175 @ 43rd Street. Our Design
& Production office is located on the Upper West Side of
Manhattan.
Do you
offer your media services to trade or direct?
A: At Ad Media USA, we recognize and respect existing
relationships between ad agencies and their clients. To that end,
we maintain a policy to work with "trade only companies" (e.g.,
Advertising and Media Buying Agencies). In certain
circumstances we'll work client direct, such as with larger
companies that utilize in-house media buying departments.

What separates your company from
your competition?
A: We know the job we do
has a direct reflection on you and the brands you represent, so we
go the extra mile to make your media buy the best and easiest
decision you can make. From the beginning of the project to
the end, we are dedicated to making your job easy as well as
maximizing the value of your media buy. Additionally, Ad
Media USA is the ONLY advertising coffee cup vendor that offers a
comprehensive proof-of-performance documentation. When working with Ad Media USA you get what you
pay for, and more!

What type of media do you offer?
A: We
specialize in Coffee Cup Advertising.
Our Coffee Cup advertising is
printed directly on take-out paper coffee cups (printed a full 360
degrees around a cup in full spot color. We distribute
the cups in venues that are identified as a viable outlet to
reach your current or potential audience.
Ad Media USA
additionally is affiliated with a Mobile Billboard company. Their
fleet is the best in the industry! Their state-of-the-art mobile
billboard vehicles utilize elevating sign frames that go up to 17
feet high. Please visit their mobile billboard web site for further
information at

Who uses coffee cup advertising?
A:
As stated in a February 2003 issue of ADWEEK, "The trend by larger
advertising agencies to use more non-traditional advertising in
their media mix has been a key path to prosperity." Now more than
ever, national brands such as IBM, P&G, Citibank, Kodak, Yahoo,
State Farm Insurance, American Airlines and many others have incorporated coffee cup
advertising into their media plans.

What are the differences between cups and
sleeves?
A:
"Coffee Cup" advertising comes in two variations: advertising
printed directly on coffee cups (like what we offer) and
advertising printed on a paperboard sleeve that slip over an
existing venue's cup. A Coffee Cup with an advertising message
printed directly on its surface is guaranteed to be seen by the
consumer, because each cup is needed to dispense coffee- unlike
sleeves which are used on a voluntary basis. Each and
every Coffee Cup will be used as a matter of economics; sleeves
on the other hand are either piled-up on a shelf for the
consumer to grab or may be placed on a cup by the server at
their discretion.

What are your media coverage areas?
A: All major markets throughout the Continental 48. We have built
a network of thousands of venue outlets throughout the
USA. We know how to place your brand in the hands of
potentially millions of consumers in local, regional, and national markets.
Ad Media USA utilizes its three main warehouses strategically
located throughout the country, offering state-of-the art
logistics capabilities to implement its ad campaigns.

What type venue outlets do you offer?
A:
Our cups are circulated through General Audience Outlets such as
Delis, Diners & Cafes; and also available to specialty outlets
such as Fortune 500 Offices, Health Clubs, Hospitals, Factories,
Schools, Golf Courses, &
Over 300 Sidewalk Coffee
Carts (NYC only)
and more!
Additionally, we can create a custom venue outlet program that
surgically places your advertising message in the hands of your most
desired target audience. We believe it's our job to help our
clients pinpoint their brand's audience and identify the most
effective outlets to reach them.

What are the minimums, costs and lead times?
A:
The minimum run is 100,000 cups per art and/or cup size.
This would be considered a test run amount for a major brand. For a
smaller company this amount may seem too large and costly.
Depending on a few variable factors the minimum costs are
approximately 20 cents each. If your budget does not allow for this range of expense, you
may need to pursue other avenues of advertising. For the companies
that can afford this type of advertising the cost per
impression is an exceptional value. Not only are they cost
effective, but with our surgically targeted placement there is NO
MEDIA WASTE (which in today's media business environment makes
great economical sense).
A:
Distribution
Lead Times are approximate; about 6-8 weeks after receiving signed
approval art and all financial obligations are met.

Do you offer value added incentives?
A:
We have a solid
history of offering Added Value enhancements. From
complementary design services to bonus cups and more, we make sure
our clients are receiving the best possible value for their media
buy. Ad Media USA additionally is affiliated with a Mobile Billboard
company that may be
available to use as added value (depending on the size of the
coffee cup ad
campaign).

How do
I monitor my coffee cup ad campaign?
A:
We offer state-of-the-art web access to client's campaign data. With a
provided password you'll have access to your private website
via the internet running from our servers. There you may monitor the progress and
implementation of your media buy to assure its value is fully
realized. Furthermore, your Ad Media USA account
representative will systematically update you on all aspects of
your campaign.

What is your proof-of-performance
policy?
A:
Ad Media
USA offers its clients a guarantee of satisfaction. All
cup circulation is verified delivered by our staff before
the information is posted to the client's web. While our
competition just submits a final invoice and a "thank you" note -
We do not issue a final invoice until our clients have
the opportunity to fully review their completed coffee cup
campaign documentation which includes an affidavit of performance
certification.

Do you resell or give away the cups for free?
A:
Our company is determined to do whatever it
takes to ensure a cup campaign is on schedule and it's being conducted
in the exact target market according to our strict requirements.
In some situations a nominal fee may be charged to a venue to
participate in a campaign. This fee ensures the venue will respect
our terms of use. Although, many established venues may receive their cups
complimentary.

Does your company offer references?
A:
We are proud of our body of work throughout the years and have made many friends
in the media industry that support our quality work.

A:
Coffee drinking has become relevant and contemporary. What
used to be a morning ritual for many Americans has now become a
favorite pastime for millions of people. Young adults are
indicative of the coffee industries newest class of recruits.
They make up the fastest growing segment of the daily coffee
drinking population.
The
National Coffee Trends Association conducts an annual survey to
measure trends in coffee consumption among Americans. Some
3,000 men and women were included in a recent Coffee Consumption
Trends survey. Among the results:
-
Fifty-four percent of the adult population of the U.S. drink
coffee every day, representing over 110 million daily coffee
drinkers.
-
Of these, 20 million drink gourmet coffee beverages every day,
whether premium, espresso, cappuccino, latte or ice-blended
beverages.
-
Another 25% of the population or approximately 51 million adults
drink coffee more than occasionally.
-

-
The national average coffee cup size is 9 ounces.
-
Sixty-two percent of all coffee is consumed during breakfast
hours; 22% between meals, and 16% at all other times.
-
A higher proportion of women than men indicate that drinking
coffee is a good way to relax.
-
Men appear to more readily attest that coffee drinking helps them
to "get things done."

Are there health risks associated with
drinking coffee?
A: Coffee is one of the most heavily researched commodities in the
world. Thousands of research projects have been carried out
on coffee over many decades. There is no conclusive evidence
to suggest that coffee consumption is bad for your health. In
fact, there have been numerous studies which suggest that coffee
consumption is good for you. Coffee is NOT addictive; coffee
drinkers do not require increasing amounts of caffeine over
prolonged periods of time (characteristics of addictive
substances), and they can moderate or change their consumption
with no difficulty. Moreover, coffee consumption does not
cause psycho- social effects.
